Lynett Brockman has been involved in the property management segment of Multi Family Real Estate for more than 20 years. She views her extensive experience in the role of Owner / Manager as an essential asset to her in identifying strong talent for both property management and supplier members.
Lynett founded Career Options to provides quality options to both candidates and hiring managers. Currently, Lynett is an active member of the Board of Directors for AAMD, serves on multiple committees within the Apartment Association, teaches NALP and writes the "Eye on the Industry" article for Trends Magazine.
Having served over 12 years in the Multi-Family industry Garrett has held many different roles, the one thing they all had in common was the support of people. She actively guided the growth and strategic planning as part of the Training and Marketing teams at Archstone, Alliance Residential and RedPeak Properties. At various times Garrett led recruiting, marketing, communications and training programs in many different regions with direct budget accountability.
Areas of focus were primarily on training, however they were never limited. She worked within Internet marketing, website content, design and search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing and social media to drive sales. She helped design and create recruiting strategies and tools for organizations that promoted finding the right person for the job as well as developing those individuals to create organizational bench strength. Garrett developed new training curriculum to advance a distinct branded customer experience, reinforce desired team member behavior and drive corporate goals and revenues.
Throughout her experiences Garrett has always focused on building a better team through innovative and tactical learning opportunities within multi-family housing. Garrett is now blending her skills with Career Options as a Talent Finder/Recruiter where she assists Lynett Brockman with their unique brand of focused career matching for the multi-family industry nationwide. Garrett has served on the Education Advisory Council for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver for 5 years and was a two-time finalist for Best Marketing/Training Person for the AAMD Tributes Awards.

Suzie Skigen is a motivated, enthusiastic professional who maintains a positive attitude under pressure and welcomes the challenge and responsibility of producing results for clients.
As Director of Client Success at Career Options Recruiting Services, Suzie gains the most fulfillment out of seeing others grow and succeed and enjoys having the opportunity to help others. At Career Options, she can be relied on to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines and strives to continually improve and add value to the business and support the success of clients and candidates.
She has over a decade of Human Resources starting in a support position for Sears Roebuck and Co., with the majority of HR experience in eCommerce as Director of Personnel at ToolKing.com, which transitioned to Tonzof.com in 2014. Suzie’s background includes interviewing, training, performance management, developing HR processes & policies, employee relations, benefits, compensation, payroll, safety, and compliance issues.
With the addition of past nursing experience at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver, Suzie is comfortable in fast paced settings that demand objectiveness, and she enjoys the innovation, strategy and the ability needed to consider details and perspectives to assist others. Having worked directly with CEOs and Executive personnel, Suzie appreciates what it takes to run a successful business and enjoys the opportunity to learn, listen and observe to make decisions to grow business.
